I believe that small group training sessions and individual training sessions help athletes to reach their potential faster. This reason is why I have started a small wrestling club that allows the wrestlers to get more attention than they would in a traditional large team practice. The club is called One Four Wrestling Club and it is limited to 14 participants. The athletes in this club commit to training with me for a full year in the mornings before school. During the off season, we practice 5 times a week, and during wrestling season, athletes may come in as it fits their schedule. I recommend that they come in at least twice a week, but there are some athletes that come in five days a week. This year round training helps the athletes get the help and attention that they need to get better every day and achieve their goals. The training and commitment goes from The beginning of August to the end of July the following year.
