I'm glad to hear that the post helped you. Trust me, there have been times when I have lost big matches and was really down on myself. One year I was wrestling in the World Cup and we were in the finals. We were wrestling Ukraine, and I had beaten the guy that I would be wrestling pretty soundly in every match up that I previously had with him. Unfortunately he beat me, and we lost the World Cup. I felt like I let the team down, not to mention the country, and I was definitely not happy about it. All you can do is go back to the wrestling room and work hard to improve. Just keep at it. Good luck with the rest of your season. I appreciate that you took the time to comment. It definitely motivates me to keep posting. Thanks.

This inspired me to NOT quit, i thought about quitting every sense last night, against our Rivals who we have never beaten in school HISTORY, we ha a good chance last night and it was kind of up to me, i got stuck in the third period... after the match i went in the back room and started crying. I was so upset with myself because all the Seniors were counting on me and the coach and i blew it, i wanted to give up but i wont now because this is my first year and i have a lot of time to get better and become a better wrestler. Thanks for putting this up

Justin's comments about Chile bring back wonderful memories of Chile and of the privilege my wife and I had to work with him there. Justin was a great missionary and loved the people of Chile. He was a leader among his peers and brought his tremendous work ethic and focus to his work with the Chilean people. He also combined his natural strengths with a humility that let him learn from others and continue to develop his abundant talents. I am confident that his coaches love to work with him. Best of luck for 2012!

What a great story Justin. It is wonderful to see you have your priorities in the right place!!

If we put the Lord first in our lives all other things will fall into place that is the very best for us. And the Lord knows what is best for us!

This personal story is an extremely inspiring and encouraging hope builder for those of us working so hard to achieve something great when we only see the road of physical pain and emotional fatigue as the seemed outcome. Thank you for sharing.

I remember that Rocky Mountain Regional tournament. That wasn't one of our better outings if I remember. I think that year we placed in both but didn't win? I don't remember. I remember that big chested kid (Flores?). I miss those days.

I have a lot of fun hearing about your huge accomplishments. In the troubling world that we live in it can be a lot of fun to see a friend working so hard and gaining recognition and positive influence on a world stage. It's inspiring. Keep it up and we're rooting for you and Sarah and the girls.
