Trust me, there have been times when I have lost big matches and was really down on myself. One year I was wrestling in the World Cup and we were in the finals. We were wrestling Ukraine, and I had beaten the guy that I would be wrestling pretty soundly in every match up that I previously had with him. Unfortunately he beat me, and we lost the World Cup. I felt like I let the team down, not to mention the country, and I was definitely not happy about it. All you can do is go back to the wrestling room and work hard to improve. Just keep at it. I was so upset with myself because all the Seniors were counting on me and the coach and i blew it, i wanted to give up but i wont now because this is my first year and i have a lot of time to get better and become a better wrestler.
